No Refunds Policy
All purchases on ZeoTeam Scripts are final and non-refundable. Because our products are digital goods that are accessible immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a transaction is complete.
Our products are digital scripts and tools that are delivered instantly. Once a purchase is made, you gain immediate access to the full download — there is no way for us to "take back" a digital product the way a physical item could be returned. This policy is consistent with industry standards for digital goods marketplaces.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. Please review all product descriptions, screenshots, and listed requirements carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to buying, contact us first — we're happy to answer them.
In the rare event of a duplicate charge (e.g., you were billed twice for the same order), please contact us immediately with proof of the duplicate transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the duplicate charge only. This is the sole exception to our no-refund policy.
If you experience a technical problem with a purchased script, we encourage you to reach out to our support team before assuming the product is defective. Most issues are environment-specific and can be resolved quickly. We are committed to helping you get the script working correctly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension of your account and revocation of access to all purchased products. We take fraud seriously and will provide full transaction records to the relevant payment provider to contest illegitimate chargebacks.
